1. What makes Whisper & Thread different?
Whisper & Thread is more than just intimate apparel—each piece is crafted with comfort and confidence in mind. Our garments feature discreetly embroidered affirmations on the inside, offering a personal reminder of self-kindness and positivity throughout the day.

2. Why is there a pocket inside the underwear?
The small pocket inside is part of our thoughtful design. It serves two purposes:

It houses the embroidered affirmation, keeping it discreet and personal.
It hides the embroidery backing, ensuring the fabric remains smooth and comfortable against your skin.

3. How does your sizing work?
We use Australian sizing. Our ladies’ collection is available in Small, Medium, Large, and XL, while our girls’ collection follows age-based sizing (10, 11, 12, 13, and 14). For exact measurements, check our [size chart]. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort.

4. What fabrics do you use?
Our garments are made from soft, breathable Bamboo (67.5%) and Cotton (27.5%) designed for all-day comfort. The blend ensure the super soft qualities of Bamboo while the Cotton makes the garment more durable and washable. We prioritise quality materials that feel gentle on the skin while ensuring durability and stretch.

5. How do I care for my Whisper & Thread pieces?
To keep your pieces looking and feeling their best, we recommend:

Machine washing on a gentle cycle in cool water. Hot water will damage the embroidery!

Using a mild detergent to protect the fabric and embroidery.

Avoiding bleach or harsh chemicals that may damage the material.

Air drying for longevity- no tumble dry or your embroidery will shrink

6. Will the embroidery fade or irritate my skin?
No! Our embroidery is designed to last and remain soft. The pocket inside the garment ensures the backing stays hidden, preventing any irritation while keeping the message discreet and personal.

7. Can I choose my own affirmation?
Absolutely! Choose an affirmation for you, a friend or your daughter that resonates with you. But please, keep the message respectful and kind in line with the intention of our brand. We reserve the right to refuse your purchase should you try phrases that are not in the spirit of positive self-talk.

8. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Australia, New Zealand, EU, US, and Canada, with plans to expand. Shipping times and costs vary based on location—check our shipping page for details. Please note that shipping to some regions can be quite high.

9. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the intimate nature of our garments, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, if your order is incorrect or faulty, please see our returns policy and terms and conditions.
